If you would like to add an item to the agenda to speak on, please do so through the form below to be added to the list. Please aim for no later than 3 days before the meeting.

Our meetings are 1 hour and 15 minutes long. If all time  slots are already allotted, we can add your agenda item to the “If we have time” list, and/or add it to the following month’s agenda.

Please Note: We do not hold monthly meetings in July & August
